The vehicle broke down on New Years Eve. I was unable to get ahold of anyone from the rental company for an hour despite calling two different office numbers and an emergency number repeatedly. This company only staffs the phones or an office limited hours. The timing of breakdown was unfortunate and the fact the the company could not react immediately caused us to miss an important celebration and incur expenses that we otherwise wouldn’t have. The company was not willing to fully compensat

I was most pleased with this experience. It was painless and easy. We did have to wait a bit for Park & Jet to pick us up after hours but they were very prompt on the return. I will definitely use this company again!

The rental office was closed when we arrived and we where dropped off by Park n Jet to receive car and also to get back to the airport after we where done with the rental car. Park n Jet seemed to be a little confused on the return, but all worked out great. We did get a little worried when taking 80 over the mountains to Park City and the signs were saying to install chains but the rental car had no chains. Just glad we had an all wheel drive vehicle because we would have not made it otherwise.

Rental was great and we were very pleased to be upgraded on vehicle. Only issue was the windshield wipers need to be replaced and car ran out of windshield wiper fluid 2 days into rental.
