Much less convenient than on airport rental locations, but also a bit cheaper. Not sure if the difference would be worth it again.

The car was a compact car in which we requested a midsized car. Can’t tell me a Kia Rio is a midsized car. Other than that it ran well & got great mileage. Staff was very helpful & courteous. Picked up after hours went well. Airport Transport driver drove a bit fast & jerky. Not a good ride to the lot. Kind of scary.

I upgraded from what I originally ordered to a bigger car near close of business. The staff were good natured about the upgrade even though it caused them to stay a little after closing to get the paper work done and wait on me to get there. Great staff, friendly, answered questions about the area, and were clear and upfront about everything. This was the first time I've ever rented a car for a vacation so I was nervous, if I knew how good the company was I wouldn't have been worried at all.

My only issue was the age of the vehicle - it was not a newer car like what is made available using other agencies. However, for the rate quoted and honored, I'm not sure what more to expect.

Robert, I am so sorry to hear that you were not happy with your rental. The vehicle you had was a 2015 Chevy Impala. That is the oldest year vehicle that we have, and we are working on getting newer vehicles. We are just in a process of weeding out the older ones. Next time you are in town, let us know and we will get you something newer!
