I absolutely was completely satisfied with the efficiency that I was picked up at the airport after my flight landed. The car was nice and warm and PG rented me the car he picked me up in so it was all warmed up for me. We filled out the necessary paperwork and did a walk around the car. I was on my way in a few minutes. He was pleasurable and I would certainly do business here again. They were extremely helpful when I called during my rental. The return was easy as well.

We picked up car after hours, in a snow storm, but we were driven directly to the vehicle. The driver stayed with us until we were okay.

Very quick and simple pickup and drop off. Recieveda nice free upgrade to an SUV. On'ly improvement could be specifics of van shuttle pickup spot at airport.

The vehicle was in need of mechanical servicing. 1) The rear shocks were shot. The ride quality was alarmingly bumpy and noisy. Safety was also an issue. 2) The tires did not grip in the snow. Either they were NOT all-weather tires (as one might expect on a car being driven in Salt Lake City in the winter), or they were bald. Sliding was a constant concern. 3) There was no windshield washer fluid in the reservoir. Another safety issue given the incidence of road spray from melting snow and ice.

My reserved vehicle had tires that were almost to the wear bars. Not good. Felt unsafe if I were to continue with the car. Then, the contact person asked if I could meet them at their place of business on State street since it would take them too long to come to me. What?? I shouldn't have had to do this. The one thing in the company's favor was the recovery was good. This business must perform maintenance and replace things worn out if they continue to buy/rent older, higher mileage cars.
