We had some difficulty with our rental due to poor communication. Communication is a 2 way street so I take responsibility for my end, I also think The rental company could have done a better job of communication and problem solving to minimize the inconvenience. Make sure you review the confirmation emails carefully to avoid problems.

Car had extremely poor suspension, the car would bounce on the freeway after hitting any bumps and the tires would jerk us a different direction when landing. The service, pickup, and affordability were good though.
