The computer in our car broke mid trip. The staff was courteous and helped us solve the problem and the hiccup ended up being only a minor inconvenience. Still disappointed by the car malfunctioning. We got a discount because of the inconvenience.

We had some difficulty with our rental due to poor communication. Communication is a 2 way street so I take responsibility for my end, I also think The rental company could have done a better job of communication and problem solving to minimize the inconvenience. Make sure you review the confirmation emails carefully to avoid problems.
