I initially chose them due to their low rate. I unexpectedly arrived at the SLC after their business hours, but they were kind and prompt in holding the car at a local parking facility for $8. A shuttle arrived quickly to take us directly to the car. I unfortunately was involved in an accident on Day 2. I've never been in an accident, and my anxiety was high when calling their office. Their main concern was that I was ok, and they even offered me a different car. I can't recommend them enough!!!
