I found a great last minute deal with this company. But when I arrived at the counter, one of the agents stepped out to take a phone call even though there was a line of people waiting. I also requested a GPS unit and was provided one, but only given the machine, no box, connecting cables or a way to charge it. The vehicle rental was fine, but the service wasn’t great, except for the staff when I dropped off the car.

It was a unique experience because you drop your car off at a pay lot, but it's worth the extra step. Excellent car, great price, and helpful / responsive staff.

There was one issue with the door locks on the car and I was a bit surprised that the car did not seem to have cruise control but overall I was very happy with this company. They are small and local, and provided what felt like more personal service than the big, national chains. Someone drove the car I would be using to the airport to pick me up and at the end of the rental they drove me back to the airport so there was no need to shift my luggage to a shuttle bus and so on.

The car, a Hyundai Accent, was pretty small for "mid-size", but it worked and was the best price available. The pickup instructions were a little confusing as well, but the office was very responsive.
