You have asked for a survey. I don’t have a receipt for my rental, I am not happy about paying for parking that I didn’t use just because that’s where you decide to leave your clients rental. Vehicle was okay. I don’t know how you expect people to fill a car to 7/8 of a tank. Ended up filling. Car was dirty and damaged however it drove well and good mileage. Not happy overall with the cost when factoring in the cost of parking and the cost of gas. Have the decency to have clients

My pickup time was after hours. They provided me instructions and documents promptly; however, I did not receive a clear text on vehicle location, which did cause a slight issue. I am glad staff was able to answer my emergency phone call past midnight. My recommendation is to use a font that clearly states "ii" as it looked like a roman numeral II (2) in the email. The shuttle driver was unable to understand the email either, which caused my call for further clarification.
