My pickup time was after hours. They provided me instructions and documents promptly; however, I did not receive a clear text on vehicle location, which did cause a slight issue. I am glad staff was able to answer my emergency phone call past midnight. My recommendation is to use a font that clearly states "ii" as it looked like a roman numeral II (2) in the email. The shuttle driver was unable to understand the email either, which caused my call for further clarification.

I almost hate to let everyone know about this wonderful company so that they don’t get inundated with so many reservations, they won’t have a car for ME! But they are incredible and they will be my only rental car company in Salt Lake City from here on.
