The only thing I would recommend is better knowledge about the car seats. I loved the convenience of being picked up at the airport in our rental car with car seats available, but we had to swap out car seats at the rental place cuz the ones we were initially provided with were slightly broken. It was an easy fix and the staff was great, but it would be nice if staff could recognise when car seats should not be used. Otherwise everything was fantastic.

Rented from this company earlier in 2019 for ski trip, we were VERY satisfied then! Decided to rent from them again - another great experience! Coming back to SLC in a couple of weeks, will rent from them again! Very friendly, professional, & knowledgeable staff.

I loved this place!!!! They rented me exactly what I needed. Very knowledgeable on everything. Even let me leave my car in there lot while I was away. I would recommend to everyone. You know the dreaded oh I left something in a rental and now it’s gone forever. Well not here they were so helpful and got what I left out of the truck and kept it for me until I could come pick it up!!! I loved the vehicle so much I gave it a bath before I returned it!!! Thank you
