I did not rent the car - was informed when i arrived that i had to provide personal insurance card. I was not informed of this requirement and being a holiday i was not able to get a copy faxed, so i cancelled the rental and went to National.

it was my first time renting a vehicle and the only complaint I have is regarding the additional hidden costs (additional drivers, insurance - mandatory even if over 25, deposit, etc.) that were not mentioned anywhere before I went to get the car. Good thing I had some funds reserved for unexpected expenses, but I can see it becoming a problem if you are traveling on a budget.

The problem was that when we got there, there were no cars available--NONE. We waited for a couple of hours for something to come in. We were stranded as our accomodations were 1 hour away. There was one lady named Elizabeth Mora or Mori that did everything humanly possible to get us a car. Something finally came in and she accomodated us as quickly as possible. As we were having to return the car at 5:00AM in a week, she even met us at the rental and took us to the airport herself.

Those dates in December-January are complicated, because of the great amount of customers, and I thinik, this was the reason, because I had to wait for an available car. However, because of the way your employees handled the situation, in a very polite manner, I forgot that bad initial impression. 5 Stars for your employees i the place of rental at the International Airport Miami

I only wish that the under 25 age restriction was amended to say under 23 requires a fee not 2 months shy of 25.

You need to display more iinformation about how to get to the branch. Its not intuitive to get to ACO office from miami international airport and you should gave that information throw email.
All the rest was perfect.
