I’ve been your customer for more than ten years. The employee was impolite when I inquired about a better vehicle because I did not have a USB cable to connect my phone to the GPS. She directed me to a pharmacy to purchase one. Additionally, the door locks of three out of the four doors were not functioning, and the fuel tank was slightly more than half full. The key failed to lock the car, causing me significant distress as I was unable to leave the vehicle with the doors unlocked. Stressful!

The car supplied was old - almost 100K miles on it. The steering wheel had a big chunk out of it. The carpet was worn through and the seats were so old, there were uncomfortable covers over all of the upholstery. It was probably the worst car I've ever rented.
