My experience rental was disappointing: the car was old and the radio barely functioned. Also, it took much longer than usual for the car to be brought up to the street after all the paperwork was done. And, when I dropped off the car at 9:30pm, I had to buzz multiple times -- and eventually walk down into the garage -- to get the attendant to take the car. Maybe he was asleep? Overall, this was a downscale experience.

Aamcar consistently provides excellent and courteous customer service while renting reliable and well-maintained vehicles. Their rates are the most reasonable that I have found; and I have successfully rented automobiles from Aamcar for many, many years. They are the best!

It would be good to be told that the office isn't open onSunday afternoon so the customer needs to go in the garage. Also, it would be helpful to receive some sort of receipt and confirmation of no damage at the time the car is returned.
