The van we rented was OK, but had a mechanical issue - when it reached 71 MPH, the van started vibrating intensely (a sign of a wheel out of balance?) I reported this to the staff, and they were very courteous and professional and said they would look into it.

You guys are a little more expensive than the national chains... but the service makes I worth it! I am a regular customer and will continue to be!

I'm glad I found AAMCAR and your prices were very competitive for the kind of rental I needed—a small car for only one day. My biggest gripe is that the interior of the car was filthy. I rubbed a small wipe on the steering wheel when I got into the car, and it was completely black/brown. I used two more wipes (all I had with me) and it was still coming up black/brown. I asked an employee to help me clean it, but she seemed really annoyed. It'd definitely be nice if the cars were disinfected.
