The drivers seat mechanism to raise seat seemed to be broken so I felt like I was fitting in a hole. There was no manual in the car to show how to do various things with this particular car (e:g. Lower the steering wheel)

I've been renting from Aamcar for years, they are my "go to" in my neighborhood on the Upper West Side. Over 10+ years I have never had a problem, and in my opinion, the service only gets better over time. The ladies behind the desk at check-in are excellent and a pleasure to deal with. Mario J. The car was quite dirty, had no way to charge our phones, it was quite old. I saw a $250 quote on the website and the lady on the phone said $300. Currently I have a $400 charge on my credit card. Hope to come back again to a much better experience!
