I will definitely be returning to aamcar. The staff was friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Everything was straightforward from being able to rent an easy pass for a small fee or highlighting on a piece of paper (together) if there were any marks on the car. The car was spotless and in good condition. I will definitely be using them again. Rental cars are expensive and aamcar was a good value. Thank you!
I live in Chelsea and I appreciate the congestion pricing and what it has done for my neighborhood. However, I don’t want to pay it. I really appreciate this location for pickup and drop off. Can even fill up the car next door before dropping off.
The car has over 80,000 miles, damage all over, the front wheels and steering wheel shimmy while driving, the USB port is damaged.
Maybe the worse car I have ever rented.
I hope they replace it today with a better, safer vehicle.

I can't say enough good things for AAAMCar, from the ease of reservation to the kindness, courtesy, and politeness of the staff.
I asked for a car with car play and did not get it.
Also the tank was not full when I picked it up. It was about 3/4. How do you return it to that mark when you are refilling? You can’t especially in no with attendant pumping gas.
I love this place. I only wish that when I called for an earlier pick-up, they would have reminded how it would effect my drop-off time.
Everything was handled wonderfully with great customer service. First-rate service.
