Won’t be returning to use your services because of the very particular policies that resulted in my reservation being given away without notification via email. If you’re going to use these policies they need to be made extremely clear from the get go because they differ from every other car rental agency I’ve ever used. I would also appreciate a more respectful agent - I was met with attitude and zero patience. A little kindness goes a long way.

Tire pressure on one tire was 14 - the man in the garage checked it, pumped it up and said it was fine. I requested a potential switch of cars but he assured me. The tire pressure went down again twice and needed to be towed twice. A nail was found in the tire and then further damage was found. I brought it back and put it in the driveway and the man who gave me the car was nasty because I left it while checking in -no apology from him. I have used aamcar for years and this was the worst ever
