GREAT STAFF! GREAT SERVICE! And the minivan exceeded our expectations. Zero improvements needed. I forgot the service person's name (Lady in her 40's) - she was cheerful, courteous, and so efficient. She should teach how to be an agent.
Only frustration was too long a wait for the car after completing the paper work, and having to wait to return it because of their parking another car at the entrance and abandoning it there.

I had a cat in the car for three hours and was politely told by the manager that the car would have to be sent out to be shampooed. I should have stopped to vacuum the car to save $250. I use AAMCAR due to the proximity to my house, but go downtown to rent a car in future to avoid extra $250. Thank you.
