In aguadilla the service is very slow/ low quality. The employees dont care that for flIghts arriving at 3am, the customer had to wait so long for a car belng so late. My internet quote was not honored By the counter employees. Bad experience

The customer service was excellent! I am 19 and it is the only rental company that let you rent a car at that age which was amazing. Otherwise, the car was in bad condition when we received it (was really damaged)

Car was not in good shape in and out. Rate did not mention the additional Puerto Rico tax in the total charges on line before booking ,but was charged anyway .That desk Rep. did not help a bit.Take it or leave it. Returning the car,the desk Rep. was courteous.

Didn’t have my car ontime, waited over two hours past the original pick up time for vehicle, charged the same for less than 24 hours, didn’t explained all insurance liability, not enough employees for amount of work
