I was picked up 1 hour later at the airport, I was giving lots of excuses when I called regarding my pick up. I asked to speak with a manager and I was told there was none. When I called before regarding my reservation I was getting a attitude from who ever answered the phone.
My experience was good. The rate was even better at $9.95 a day. The car was making some noise in the front drivers side. However, the car was good. Thank You.
I always rent from Allied. Each time I rent from Allied I seem to get a good deal, except this time the prices were a bit to high due to the holiday season.

Expedite check in and check out time at front desk -
During late night arrivals the Aguadilla office may need more than one staff member. It takes a considerable amount of waiting time if you have several reservations. It late at night and all arrivals are tired and anxious to get to their destination.
Airport pick up and drop off was very convenient. Everything went smoothly with our car and the rental process.

In general I received good service and good value for the money paid. However I almost loose my flight because of the waiting time during the return rental process. It must be more expeditable. Thank you!
