Counter was understaffed both at pick-up and delivery. Paid in cash and there was no change at the counter. A $250 deposit was held and I thought it was unnecessary as a credit card was used to secure the reservation.

They were good at picking you up at the airport promptly but once you got to the facility you waited in line for 55 minutes then for another 2 hours just just received the car. They were extremely short on hand of employees they only have one person at the desk and one person bringing out the cars. I waited A total of 3 hrs to get my rental. It's great on the price but only if your willing to wait an extremely long time and are not in a rush.

The only issue was that we waiting almost 20 min in line to give paperwork back as there were only two desk representatives available. I think that the return of the car should be handle quicker and there should be more staff dedicated to it as we almost did not make it to our flight. Definitely, a staff member dedicated to Car returns will be a plus.
