low staff for the amount of customers waiting. after 2 hours I got a car that was scratched and dented in several places. aftyer I left I locked the car at my destination to later find out that the key provided did not open the car. I had to wait for a toll truck ser4vice to help to then go back to the rental car and wait another 3 hours for another car that was also dented . overall experience was very poor. more communication amongst staff is needed and please hire more personnel.

I did the reservartion on July 11th online to pickup the truck on the 21st.I called on the 23rd to confirm the reservation and it was ready to be picked up as showed on my reservation.When I arrived to pick Up the truck, they rented it to another costumer one hour before and they didn't have any other truck available for me to fulfill with my reservation.Irresponsible!Our plans and delivers dropped down because AlliedCarRent bad or NO SERVICE.I do not recomend Allied to anybody.Worse experience!

I had reserved a car at the Isle Verde location. 1st, the address given in my reservation directed me to the CVS several blocks down the road. Once I finally found it, a car was not available. I then waited 20 minutes for a shuttle to take me to the airport location a 20 minute drive away in rush hour traffic. Once there, this associate couldn't find my reservation. That took a long time to sort out. I find it unacceptable that it took 2 1/2 hours to rent a car.

they didn't have the car we ordered even though we called the night before. Didn't pick us up on time. Guy they works outside wouldn't wait in us he talked for several minutes with friend until we confronted him he was rude then Brought us a car that was different from our paperwork we had to go back in and fix it. Different model and make. The car gas light was on it had 30 miles to empty. The shuttle drivers to and from were nice and had good recommendations. Return clerk was nice.
