They were good at picking you up at the airport promptly but once you got to the facility you waited in line for 55 minutes then for another 2 hours just just received the car. They were extremely short on hand of employees they only have one person at the desk and one person bringing out the cars. I waited A total of 3 hrs to get my rental. It's great on the price but only if your willing to wait an extremely long time and are not in a rush.
Un poco lento pero buen servicio
The only issue was that we waiting almost 20 min in line to give paperwork back as there were only two desk representatives available. I think that the return of the car should be handle quicker and there should be more staff dedicated to it as we almost did not make it to our flight. Definitely, a staff member dedicated to Car returns will be a plus.

Everything was great - from reservation, pick up and drop off, staff was courteous. The vehicle provided was also great.
The rates are great. However I find the Express Toll Package standard daily rate to be very expensive for those that would only need to use it twice in one day. The Toll should be charged as used. There are other Car Rentals that charge the use only. I would need to analysis my next rental, if it is cost affected if I were to need to use the Toll Package.

Its was good but for the next i hope will be better..
First time and it was excelent. The only thing test i was inform that i has to return the car Clean because if not i had to Pay 20.00 for the cleaning. But before i returned i left it Clean and shine. But for the rest excelent service thank u .
