Overall it was good experience, except for the pick up service. We waited for over 45minutes waiting for pick up which delayed our evening plans.
Very courteous and efficient staff. The departing driver to airport asked me as I entered if I was going to airport and waited, assisted with my checkout.
Not car rental's fault, but road closures made it extremely difficult to return car rental. I had to drive an extra hour and get directions from two different people just to cross Rt 401. very frustrating and missed 6 pm closing.
I have rented from zoom many times and have always been pleased with the service. This time I pre-booked a full size car and there were none available. A small discount would be taken off or I could pick up a bigger one on my own time. Having a small infant with me this was highly inconvenient. Plus the gas tank was at less than half. I would have hoped for a upgrade or something else to compensate. Not sure what the point of pre booking was if there was no vehicle available

The only issue was the vehicles fan did not work and I had to spend 3 hrs of my 1st day of vacation fixing it. There was nothing done for me other than I am sorry it happened. I am in sales and customer service and would have handled this differently. This is the only reason I will look elsewhere first next time. All else was fine
