Such a smooth transaction. From the airport pick up to the return. They went overboard in customer service. Will definitely be renting from them next time I'm in town!
Main problem was the wipers were worn out and we ran out of windshield wiper fluid ..after replenishing it the windshield was still smeared and streaky.
I rent cars from Zoom for several years now. All the time with excelent service.

The shuttle wait was a bit long...agent dropped my call when I called for pick up...agent was attempting to multitask while I was at the counter but seemed like he was not able o multitask (perhaps he was a trainee and if so I do understand)
