I have been a customer of Zoom for many years . I usually rent from this company twice a year and have always received good service. I was referred to them by a friend.
Renting OFFSITE from the TO airport is efficient & definitely my preference. You get picked up at Viscount Station by a shuttle driven by an awesome guy & taken to the rental car office. You pick up your car & away you go. When it is time to go home you return the car to the Zoom office & their shuttle service takes you to the airport & drops you right off at the appropriate airport terminal. Plus the driver helps you with your luggage! So very convenient & excellent service with great rates!!
Everything was great except the windows were very dirty on the inside.
Very happy with Zoom Rent a Car. Our vehicle was almost brand new and a pleasure to drive. Much better quality than we expected for the rate we were paying. We also looked like a financial genius to the rest of our extended family. Many of us had come back to Ontario for a wedding. Others rented cars from big national agencies at the airport and paid twice as much. They couldn't believe our rates and vehicle quality. I converted others to Car Rental Express!
Free car upgrade was excellent, Customer Service was top notch. They made me feel comfortable and they're call back was incredible. I will definitely rent from them again. A+++
