The driver that picked us up at the airport was wonderful. We were told pick up in 15-20 mins and he was there in 4
And he dropped us off at the terminal that was great too.
Would use them again in a hart beat .

The only reason that I rated the staff courteous level as "Good" was because the shuttle driver (an older man) was incredibly grumpy and outwardly rude to customers. Everyone else was amazing.
The experience we had was good. One of the issues we had was when we were picking up our car, and had given my credit card, the clerk told us dogs were not allowed. We told her that no where did it say dogs were not allowed, and that our dog is a hypo allergenic, non shedding, small bijon poodle who travels everywhere and anywhere with us. She did however let us rent, but it did create stress with my 31 week pregnant wife and our 19 month old son after a long flight in from Calgary. Thank-you .
