I have rented from Zoom for the last 4 years and am very pleased with the pleasant, courteous service, quality of the vehicles and the excellent shuttle service from the airport to the car rental office and back to the airport. After checking with all other rental car companies, I still find their pricing way, way better than the big names. They even programmed my personal GPS so that I could avoid the toll highway fees. I will continue to rent from them. One happy camper !!

The most horrible experience customer service I ever experienced . Please stop sending Zoom car rental promotion or advertisement to my email, address and phone .
My flight was cancelled and I had to delay pick up. Staff were good and informative about the situation. Before my next flight left I developed a cold and had to cancel my flight. Again staff was courteous and helpful. No issues experienced.
