great vehicle. outside & inside of vehicle was clean. However, the inside of the windows were streaky; especially the rear window.
windshield washer fluid tank was basically very low and almost ran out of fluid. (but I didn't)

I think the price was cheap to reflect the service being offered.
I did online booking to speed up the rental process but ended up the same.
I hope you should avoid advertising car drop off and pickup in the airport.
It was misleading. We were picked-up by a shuttle and was stuck in traffic to get to the car.
On your web page, a person who stay the best westan hotel can receive a discount. So I chosen your company, but I didn't have it.
