The Manager and the General manager at the LA location are the most irresponsible and non-cooperative staff i have ever seen. They charged me $100 as a cleaning fee for a very less amount of dirt on the the floor of the van. We were also told to clean the trash which we clean not leaving a single paper. In spite of that we we charged a cleaning fee. Both the manager are arrogant and are not polite. I will NOT recommend AVR rentals to my friends and family. No rental agency did this to me.
Great price , car was ok had a little oil smell sometimes and tire was low but overall I was very satisfied with the service and definitely will come back to rent here
I would suggest including pickup instructions on the confirmation information. I found it a bit unsettling to be told I'd be contacted with instructions prior to pickup. I also never received that call or email but instead ended up going to the website for information the morning I flew in.
Great price. The van was a little stinky and the shocks are squeaky....but overall, I would use you again. Staff was quick and nice.
The only thing I would say is that I do not like getting pressured to buy additional options.
