Excellent communication. The van ceiling A/C did not work and van had a lot of miles on but ran good.
My sales representative, Tony, was always available when I called. This was nice. However, Tony was not very friendly or personable on the phone. He was doing his job. That’s it. He had no interest in doing anything extra beyond his responsibilities. That’s frustrating coming from a person who works with people all day also. In the end, the van was good and we were happy. We will rent again. Thank you.

Everything was better than expected
Tony and United Van Rental made our family trip out west easy. I had worried as it was not onsite at the airport, but the taxis were there to take us to the van site and then we just came back and picked up our family at the airport. He answered emails quickly even while we were on the trip. Our 15 person van was great for our 8 adults/teens plus our luggage and cooler to travel all over Utah, Arizona and Las Vegas- room to spread out and enjoy our trip, I would definitely recommend them!
