The car was a manumatic which is fine, but I would have liked to know this ahead of time. I got stuck in automatic mode while driving which is scary if you don't know what's going on. Other than that, everything went very smoothly. Customer service was fantastic. They were easy to get a hold of and very friendly.
Car was great. Staff was very professional and pick up at the airport was easy. I will be very happy to rent from them again. The rate was better than all other companies I checked with.

United ran out of vehicles and dropped us to some counter parts Stop n Go, the guy argued with us so much initially as he would not go our what all United promised. The time we returned the van the guy was different and was very nice...I would recommend United to advise their customers right away when there is rental changes...

It all went fine. The first time I called to request pick-up, it went to voice mail. However, when I called back a few minutes later, they answered and someone came to pick me up pretty quickly.
