I never leave (positive!) reviews for car rentals because they are pretty much all the same, and not in a good way. But this was a refreshingly great experience from the beginning to end. I'll definitely use United Auto Rental again! Thanks --

Good prices & prompt pick up. However, if you have an unexpected emergency and end up hospitalized (like I did), very difficult company to work with. Small rental company, and no one able to return car for me. I continued to be charged for car, and I had to call a friend from another state to come out to return to United Auto Rental. It was a very costly ordeal, and still charged the extra days.
