The car smell like cigarettes.
They didn’t have my vehicle I reserved, only smaller cars were available. In my case it worked out fine. They lowered my priced due to the smaller vehicle.(they were already the best value I found). Other than than that, everything was great. It’s a small operation. I didn’t have to wait at all for shuttle pick up or drop off. Processing the paperwork was quick and easy. The guys that work there are very friendly. I will definitely use them again!
Was great
This was the best car rental experience we have ever had. They came right away with their shuttle van to take us from the airport to their nearby office. We had no wait time in getting our car. So smooth and fast and easy.
The “convertible” was old, with multiple dents, mustang logo missing and the windows were unstable. I would not recommend, nor will I rent from this company again. Very disappointed.

Reserved a 15 passenger van. People who rented it before us decided to keep additional days and was out of state. They provided two vehicles at a great rate to compensate for the additional parking and extra gas we would have to purchase. Customer oriented and friendly. Would rent from them again.

Overall, a great experience. It was great that they picked us up in the rental vehicle. Nice to not have to move bags multiple times. Process was very easy and everyone we worked with was very helpful.
