Wait time was a little long but overall decent experience, final price was a little more than quoted.
There was an employee who his name was Robert and he was very professional and nice.

I cannot believe how courteous and friendly of an experience we had with this agency. They were prompt to pick us up at the airport and allowed us to drop the vehicle off in the wee hours of the morning at the airport when we were ready to leave. The vehicle worked well with Apple Car Play and was good on gas. I had never flown in to Ontario before and it seemed that inexpensive car rental agencies were difficult to find until I found United. Great place to find bargain rentals. Thank you!
The van was a little dated but worked fine for what we needed
