The ability to get to the rental car location was not as easy as advertised. I had to call for a pick-up; no shuttle service waiting for me at the airport. The car's tinted windows was bubbled and the back seat had a hole in the seat and so the car was not in a great condition, but not horrible. If the price beats out competitors, I would rent from this company again. If price is equal, I would likely rent from a different company. Price is the major distinguisher to use this company.

Seamless experience. I am usually nervous renting from off airport vendors, but his rental went smoothly from pickup (about 5 min wait) to getting in car (was trunk open and waiting for me). Much quicker than the long lines and higher prices at airport vendors

Great price. I had to walk to the rental office, my flight arrived at 830 am and nobody answered when I called multiple times. The office should open earlier.
