Service with filling out forms etc was a bit too long and slow, but otherwise everything was just fine.
This agency should make clear on its site that you (generally) need to take two shuttles to get there --- one to the Conrac, where they pick you up and *then* shuttle you to their office. That is a giant time-waster. Otherwise, the rental was fine and a good bargain.

The office was closed at the time I needed to returned the car, I was told to return car in a different parking lot then charged the parking fee. I don't think clients should be responsible for parking fee if you're office is not available. First flight leaves the airport at 5am, you're office should be open and available for clients taking very early/very late flights.

I was quoted 178.90 and then when I got there I had to pay around 250.
