Great job and really friendly intake!!!
I reserved and paid for a Mustang convertible online and they didn't actually have the car. I didn't know of this until I was waiting for their driver to pick me up from the airport. The courtesy shuttle was right in front of me and the driver was on the phone and he drove off leaving us there to get a phone call seconds later informing us that they didn't actually have the car we rented. So then we were forced to find another car because the guy on the phone offered no assistance.
wound up getting an upgrade, enjoyed the car, and the service was great !
The staff at United Car Rental was very helpful and prompt in their service. The 12 seater van I rented was perfect and rate was the lowest I found.

Both Jacob, the desk employee, and the pick up driver (unfortunately, I don't remember his name), were extremely courteous and helpful on pickup from the airport and check-in for the car.
The car performed as expected and not much to write about that.
Drop-off again was easy. Jacob quickly performed the inspection and dropped us off at the airport in plenty of time to catch our flight. Each time they helped my pregnant wife and I load/unload our bags from shuttle vehicle.

Online booking site changed my reservation times without me knowing. When I tried to change they weren't able to accommodate my original desired turn in time. They said they needed car back for another customer... When we drove by on way to airport a few hours later the car was still alive n the lot with many other cars. Changed pick-up policy and were told it was due to being understaffed...resulted in an extra hour delay getting on vacation.
Jacob was great!
Off site, which wasn't clear from Internet but pickup was prompt. Car was an older model with more miles than normal but it was clean and got great gas mileage. The workers were courteous and efficient. Great value for the money.
