The person who helped was super gracious, and helpful. The only issue I had with the van was the windshield wipers need to be replaced. Would definitely recommend to anyone.
The staff were great and the vehicle was as expected. Returning the vehicle after hours was not clarified so I had to wait for the office to open before returning to the airport. Things worked out because of the time of my flight, but it could have been a disaster.
The car squealed every time I turned it on and the maintenance light came on when starting up the car. That didn't make me feel safe. Although the customer service was great the process was really long and painful. The office equipment is old and had to be re-booted which drained the waiting time and made check in and check out painful. I wouldn't recommend this agency because it's off-site and not equipped well to be efficient.
The car smelled like smoke, the AC didn't work very well and they rented it to me 2k miles after it was supposed to have an oil change.
United Auto Rental had the best rates. I saved a lot and the car was easy to borrow and return. All was as agreed in the reservation. I would definitely rent from United again.

Car was a bit dated and had some bumps & bruises, break light was out. Great on gas though and what we needed.
