The staff were all very nice and courteous. If I'm in Jamaica again and need a vehicle, I would definitely contact them.
I had a great experience with car rental express.
Car rental express also pick you up from the airport and take you to their place of business for you to get the car. The vehicle was in great shape and just what I was looking for.

Nice folks. Clean car. Do note your credit card probably won’t cover insurance for Jamaica and you’ll have to pay twice the quoted price in order to get the mandatory insurance.

Great service, car shows age and could use upgrading but still served our needs and we had a great overall experience. Very safe and friendly staff as well. Definitely recommended

Had to wait a while at the airport pick-up as representative was not on spot upon my arrival. However I did not wait too long though. I wasted money spent on windscreen wash as the reservoir was leaking. The windscreen wash leaked out twice. Over all I would utilize services at Timeless Care Rental in the future and also recommend a friend/family member.
Customer service was excellent, car was very clean. Price that was quoted on line was different when I got there. Needs to be more transparent.
My reservation was not honored and I was turned away and left stranded at the counter. I had spoken to someone from the agency who I confirmed with that I was renting on August 4th 2021 and not July 31st. I emailed them proof of the cancellation for the 31st and proof for that I had reservation for the 8/4 and was told everything would be ok. I had to find other transportation at the last minute and used up all my available cash to rent private which was never planned and very risky. SAD!
