The car runs very well
The company needs to be more transparent with price. My price doubled when I arrived
I would not use this rental company the staff was interested in peatting her popcorn that to efficiently do her job i had to tell her to sort the car out. The car condition was poor the car was falling apart. The tax had expired from May and was on a waver or something till the next month that was not explained at the time we got the car. The whole experience was not good.
Always wonderful customer service and Exceptional service i have been RENTING from this company for the last 3 years and they always go above and beyond to give Exceptional services and not to mention those two lovely Ladies in the office they made everything happen on my arrival tha ks again for everything you do.

The staff was amazing
I rent cars always ,and they claim they charge extra for cleaning the car, totally unheard of. So I'll by myself a car from Japan asap. Not gonna allow anyone play games with me
