I had a great experience with Timeless. The communication before arrival was prompt and helpful. Upon arrival I was picked up at the airport and driven to the rental shop. The rental process was quite quick and seamless. I believe the rate to be very competitive compared to other rentals and never had any issues with the car. The only remark I have is about the carseat which was very old and outdated as far as modern safety standards.

Staff was rude, pressured us to buy insurance or we wouldn’t be able to rent a car even though our credit card covers rentals. Car had mechanical issues & when brought up to staff they didn’t care & told us the car would make it through the week rental, which it did but it was still very concerning everytime we drove.

This was my worst car rental since Jamaica. The we rented SUV and got an old sedan that was filthy, and smelled like urine. The tires were bald and went flat immediately. Worse, the paid car seat was stained, smelled like pee, and was completely unsafe with a detached seatbelt. My daughter's safety was compromised.

We had to wash off the car when brought it back. Jamaica is very dusty and lot of rain. They should have a car wash on site. Other than that everything was good.
