Made us get some type of insurance after the fact so that was an extra 100 we weren’t expecting but other then that was a good experience.
Great company with reasonable prices.

The car work well. the issue for me is the credit card I used had insurance coverage but I still had to pay $15 per day ontop of the charges
Timeless rental had some of the best quotes when it came to their rentals and i would definitely be using them again.

I will NEVER rent from you again. I reserved more than 2 months in advance and called 24hrs to confirm. I was assured I would have a car. When got there, it was no car, no agent, no apologies. The best I got was " the cars didn't come in". I ended up paying almost 3 times what i could have with another company had i booked 2 months in advance. All the major carriers were out of cars by then. Terrible business practice or lack there of.
I have been asked to pick up the car at the airport but nobody was waiting for me and there is no office at the airport. After looking for somebody who could help me around the terminal, I got in contact with the Timeless Car Rental. I was told my car was not available. They expected to have "a car available in the evening". Waiting at the airport for hours was not an option so I left without the car.
