It was great with service and everything but there should only be quotes online for usd instead of usd and cad as they only do local currency or usd

Pickup was great but upon return the charged US$150 for a hub cap that was missing. The cap was severely damaged before and was attached with a single tiny zip tie. The boss did not have the guts to even speak to us and we heard that this happens to more customers. Moreover, the car was in bad shape with almost no tread left on the tires and 220k+ kms. Would not recommend renting here as you need a decent vehicle for Jamaican roads.

Suggest you add a sign with "Timeless Car Rental" outside airport exit for pickup..had to wander around Montego Bay airport before someone showed me where the Rep was waiting..All staff were friendly and professional and car was perfect for our trip..
