Great customer service and great car
Was a nice experience
The experience was awful. This is the worst rental car company I've ever encountered. The rude service at the desk was bad enough. They would not accept the insurance I purchased on line and made me purchase their insurance and charged me double. I had the worst car I have ever driven. I was afraid to go anywhere in this car. I drove to my resort and didn't drive anymore until I returned the car. I cannot believe that I was given a rented car in that condition. I will never use this company

The vehicle was horrible you risk your life driving it. The staff was super nice.
The car was not mechanically sound. The key was literally kept together with packing tape. The car charger did not work at first. They did fix the charger issue quickly. The iStop function stopped working after day 1 so this effected fuel consumption. Got a flat. Was told that I had to repair it out of pocket so I did. They charged me $100 upon my return since they said they couldn't accept the repair; they expected a new tire. The spare tire was the wrong size too. Will dispute through my cc.

I was given a vehicle that on first sight was refused by me. However I was told there are no other. So I had no choice but to use. It was a struggle going up hills, and it rained soon after leaving the compound and only to find wind screen washers was empty and washer container bottle could not hold water as it was broken. I later after a few days called the company to complain. I was spoken to by a person who said he was one of the MD of the company. I explained my situation to him, not pleased

The worst rental car company in the world! I’ve rented cars in over 10 countries multiple
Times and this by far is the absolute worst. The manager was very unprofessional, the rates were not honoured and they increased it by over $300 USD. They are very dishonest. Just do yourself a favour and do not rent from them EVER. the only reason why I stayed with them is because I arrived with my new born baby and couldn’t bother with the hassle. If they were the last rental company I would RATHER
