I did not like being surprised with having to purchase 3rd Party Insurance, and being charged 7% fee for using a Credit Card. Both of these items should have been noted on my Reservation Confirmation, especially when I was being told they were mandatory. This made for an unpleasant Checkin process.
It was OK but there was no music in the car wasn’t working and there’s nothing to charge the phone not good
Vehicle should have not have been rented. I updated the agency regarding the issues (e.g., needed alignment, needed new windshield wipers, side mirrors were not functional/broken, hubcaps broken, A/C only worked occasionally). The first representative that drove my family to the airport was rude, had poor customer service skills, inconsiderate and disrespectful to my family members. Worst vehicle that I've rented during my trips to Jamaica.

The A/C too really long to cool down. There were also many scrapes and dents but mechanically good.
The staff of Timeless were very helpful, from the shuttle driver to the staff at the counter. However the car itself wasn't in great condition, and we overheard multiple other people who had issues with their vehicle, as well as from others on the island that we should not have rented from them because of the quality of the cars. Luckily our car was drivable and other than an incident out of their and our control, everything was okay. They charge us a hidden insurance charge when we arrived too.
This place is a scam. Avoid this place. They took reservation and picked up from airport to their office. Once we reach office they said we don’t have any vehicle for us and just said sorry. We were then dropped back to airport and we have to find other rental agency. When we are at the rental office we also witnessed another renters being upset and arguing. AVOID AVOID AVOID
The Staff's is very helpful all around. They take the time to show me how to operate the vehicle just to make sure I understand that im going to drive on the left side of the road in Jamaica. The car was very clean and everything works on it.

The service was 1st class from the pickup to the drop off my only problem was the car inside wasn’t clean, the mirro was dirty and the hands spots were still smeared from food marks from previous user we ha had to do our own sanitizing.
Shout out to the two ladies in the front off and the pickup guy who educated us on road issues. Thank you.
