Very happy with entire experience. Small operation has a very personal feel unlike the big box rentals. You will be picked up from the airport in the car you will be renting and driven back to their office for quick paperwork, then off you go. Your luggage stays in your vehicle. The reverse process happens when returning. Easiest rental process ever experienced
Gas tank at 1/4 with pickup. Did not receive the car/type I had signed up for.
Honestly, they were amazing! They picked me up at the SFO airport, stopped by the USPS so I could get a prepaid letter, then after hearing where I was going in downtown San Francisco, told me that I would be better off without a rental car. They confirmed the internet the BART subway would take me to within two blocks of my destination, cancelled my reservation, and then personally drove me to the subway. I tried to pay them and they refused to take my money. World class service! God bless!
