For picking up from LAX, if you have a direct shattle bus, it is much helpful
Was picked up right away from SFO. Driver was owner of the business. Great guy! My accommodations had changed and turned out I was staying downtown and didn't really need a car. He didn't charge me, and in fact evergreen dropped me of at Millbrae Bart station. That's service!

Initial call for a pick was an automated system that said all lines are busy please try your call at a later time. We were finally picked up and the agent got into a major argument with a customer over her cell phone while driving us from the airport back to their office. The windshield wipers were bad and had a hard time seeing out the windshield while crossing the Oakland Bay Bridge a during a rain storm.
Great people and awesome rate. Will definitely rent from them again!
