This car rental agency made my trip in California much better than expected. The cars were no different from the typical big agencies at an extremely affordable price. I would definitely go back again.
Being picked up at the airport and traveling a short distance was preferable to renting onsite, where the monorail takes a long time while dragging suitcases with you and then you have to stand in line for an hour--so SuperCheap car rental is a great alternative! No lines, no traveling a big distance with heavy suitcases on returning the car either. I was dropped off at the airline desk. This was a great experience! Staff were courteous and knowledgeable.
The car was a bit dirty and needed an alignment job and perhaps a brake adjustment. At low speeds, there was a squeal from the wheels. The steering wheel shimmied at highway speeds.
I'll be back.
Great rental company, especially for someone under 25. No hidden fees, Would recomend this to anyone searching for a cheap car rental service but with great service most other big rental companies dont offer
