Great experience all around! When I was looking for a car rental prior to my LA trip (from the DC area) I had a few questions, so gave them a call. Excellent customer service over the phone. And when I showed up, they remembered me! No issues with pick up or returns. Really good people, family owned business. When they say NO EXTRA FEES that's the truth. And their day rates really were cheaper than anyone else. Won't rent from anyone else if I'm back in the area!
this was the first Great car rental experience I have had. I got just what I wanted, a clean reliable car at a great price. No; 50 Questions, Up Sales, Hidden Costs, I didn't pay for fancy signage, uniforms, I didn't stand in a line. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes! I was told to bring back the car fueled to "around" 3/4, I intentionally filled the tank even at high gas prices as a "Thank You"!!! P.S. I, as a rule, don't write reviews!
