The the cars were worse, they had multiple problems. The woman at the phone was hard to understand with her accent.

Me and my friend were really happy with the whole service. Everything was easy and without any problems. We got a car we expected and there were also no problems when we brought it back. I will definetely rent a car from this agency again!

Overall experience was very good, pick-up and drop-off with lift to the airport smooth, baby-seats were provided for free. Staff was helpful and available on the phone during office hours.
The only problem was with flat tire when we had to find a tire service by ourselves and let the tire repair (but it was rather failure of service company than supercheapcars).
I can recommend and next time, I will inquiry supercheapcar.

I had an excellent experience with Super Cheap Car Rental! Pick-up & drop-off service was remarkably prompt. The car was in perfect condition and ran like new (despite high mileage). The price was HALF of what the majors quoted me and I got more -- emergency road service and insurance coverage for my 21-year-old son. I can't think of anything to criticize. I would rent from Super Cheap Car Rental again without hesitation.
My only disappointment is that the agency was closed on Sunday so I had to Uber back to the airport. I've never come across a car rental place that is not open every day.
