The staff and rental process were great beyond my expectations. They were friendly, kind, and made several recommendations for my trip.
Steve and Jessica rock. Jessica is so warm and friendly (and professional), it's ridiculous. Steve goes out of his way, dips into his personal time/ life, to make my schedule work for me (and save me from flights redirected to other airports that delay me by hours). He is exceptional.
I wish there were a Steve and Jessica in every single city I rent cars from. I literally get excited, knowing I'm coming into SFO, so I can interact with them!

Battery died right before I had to drive to the airport. Luckily, the hotel personal had jumping cables. When popped the good an old corroded battery was found. Had a hard time reviving it. No one responded from the rental when I called. On my way from Napa to San Francisco the low oil lamp remained on. Made me feel pretty uncomfortable. The fact that none was communicating with me on the rental side was upsetting as well.

This was my first time to borrow a car in the US.
However, I didi't feel narvus and really surprised. So, this car rental shop has japanese sperker.
