The fact that the agency is not inside the airport is not an issue, because they have shuttle service. We waited less than 10 minutes and we got a beautiful car. Excellent service!

when I return the car the price was higher and I put the gas on full and he said I didn't because I didn't tap it out!!!! just wanted every dollars he can get
They were fine.
The car was dirty, older model with high millage of around 50K. The center console had used mask and paperwork from the pervious renter. Open condom wrapper flew out while driving the car.. So embarrassing since it was my first time taking my fiancé out to Newport beach. When mentioned to the staff their response was "oh maybe we forgot to wash and clean the car" LIKE SERIOUSLY WE'RE LIVING IN A PANDAMIC AND YOU FORGOT TO FOLLOW THE CDC GUIDELINE TO RUN YOUR BUSINESS!
