I was extremely happy with the service I received from the employee who worked the day I arrived and also employee when returning the vehicle!
Ben picked us up from the airport in less than 5 minutes. He was very prompt and extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We were provided a great car and allowed us to drop car off at airport since our flight departed prior to the rental’s operating hours. I would highly recommend Stop N Go Car Rental from JWA. Everything was perfect, good job guys
With no greeting, he rudely asked for my license and card. Without hesitation he tossed my cards on the counter and said "chime is a debit card". I said it's a secured credit card I wouldn't have been able to make the reservation. He just wiped the food he was eating from his mouth and said "I said it's a debit card!" And walked away, horrible demeanor & mean attitude! He shouldn't work in customer service. He should've just walked out the door and went home and finished eating, being miserable.
