Check out was longer than it needed to be. After hours drop off was a local 24 hour limo service that charged $20 and took me back to my hotel - not a bad deal and represents good customer service.

I just wished I could have gotten a discount because I have rented from you several times before and it was a high school basketball tournament and I as the coach paid for the rental out of my pocket.

Van was great, return was pretty quick and painless. The pickup took way too long (took over an hour to checkout 2 vans, with most of the time being taken by the staff creating the rental contract. She was very nice and courteous, but the process is way too long (or she needs additional training).
