The van had a horrible smell and was dirty. some nice air freshener and a thorough cleaning / wiping of dash etc would go a long way towards customer satisfaction. Our whole family literally almost gagged at the smell every time we got in the vehicle, it was awful, old cigarettes/ sweat/ funk. Also, we were charged an entire day for bringing the vehicle back 1.5 hrs past 11am, this was got communicated to us that we would be charged an entire day after a certain time. Not sure we would use again

The rental had a really bad odor. We had to buy air fresheners because it stunk. Other than that, the rental ran well and it provided the support I needed.

Everything went smoothly, pickup & drop-off process was nice. Rate not bad, considering there were 8 passengers. We will definitely keep in mind for our next rental.
