When we got on the highway we noticed that the passenger door didn't shut properly - leaving a large amount of wind noise when driving at highway speeds - I was sharing important information as we drove and the passenger could not always hear. The rear sliding door also doesn't securely shut and rattles. The front passenger seat does not adjust the recline of the seat and is stuck

The staff was very prompt at contacting me when I made my initial booking and answered every question I had. During check-out of the van, they gave me a clean van that exceeded my expectations (had amenities that I wasn't expecting but loved, like back-up camera w/ an arial view). Great value for the money spent. The staff was friendly, quick, and knowledgeable. When I returned the van, again, great customer service. I will definitely be renting from them again next year! Highly recommend.
